Joe Guzzardi for Governor of California

'Joe Guzzardi is the only candidate to have the nerve to talk about reducing immigration to replacement levels and to stop illegal aliens from coming here.'

Californians need to hear the truth about what has happened to our once golden state. And Californians must elect a governor who is not afraid to make the bold decisions to put our state back on its way to greatness.

Establishment To California: Shut Up About Immigration In This Election!

California must build the equivalent of an entire school every day of the year to keep abreast of the population growth caused by mass immigration. Immigration must be brought under control or California's schools will continue their downward slide.

'In a time of crisis, personal candor and the willingness to make hard decisions are the paramount qualities needed in an elected leader. Joe Guzzardi offers these qualities and much more. His plan to fight illegal immigration and stand for the rule of law is precisely the remedy needed to save California.'

I voted for Proposition 187, and I would vote for it again today.

The issues: sprawl, congestion, taxes, fiscal insolvency, environmental degradation, mass immigration, education, declining quality of life, crime, loss of farmland, job displacement...

"Joe Guzzardi is the only candidate in the California recall election willing to address head on all aspects of the illegal alien problem" - Peter Gadiel, Connecticut, Board of Directors, 9-11 Families for a Secure America.

"The State of California needs someone who will deal with the number one problem (immigration) facing this state. Joe is the only real candidate to speak out on the issue of illegal immigration which has destroyed California."

The people of California deserve to hear about all of the issues affecting our state. Virtually every aspect of our life is affected by illegal immigration: schools, hospitals, jobs and urban sprawl. And while it is true that California has many other woes, the number one concern among citizens is "What are we going to do about illegal immigration?"

In this election, we need a comprehensive and common sense discussion about all of California's challenges (see Joe's candidate statement and streaming video).

Vote for Common Sense!  If you are concerned about the real issues facing California, recall Gray Davis and vote for Joe Guzzardi, who will work to restore California to the great state it once was. Your vote counts!

"Driver's licenses for illegal aliens so they can get to work is ridiculous. It's illegal for them to be here and illegal to employ them." - Joe Guzzardi. (See Save Our License).

What Joe's supporters are saying:

Taxpayer-paid benefits paid to illegal aliens cost up to $8 billion dollars, effectively bankrupting the state of California!

"Our hard-earned money is spent and ever-growing deficit increased for the political benefit of the candidates who pander to the Hispanic vote. It's time to reassert our sovereign right to govern, free of political corruption and foreign influence, where equal rights and equal justice actually mean something."

"Joe Guzzardi will do what other candidates will not do: speak to an issue that is turning California into a third-world nation. A huge portion of our state's citizens have been disenfranchised by politicians who see a future in pandering and are afraid to speak up and be counted on an issue that touches every part of our lives - from schools to hospitals, to law enforcement, to civic and cultural standards."
